The Cosmetic Aligner device is an alternative to the cross-stick bite-registration impression method of registering the anterior midline and horizontal plane. Used chairside after tooth preparation, the disposable, easy-to-use device uses facial landmarks such as pupils of the eyes, nose, and lips to help determine the optimal position for restorations.
